JOB Description

The William-Sonoma Enterprise Services team is seeking a seasoned MDM Lead/Architect profile with strong hands-on experience on Tibco CIM product. The role involves working with different cross teams, and requires close partnership with Business Analysts, application and enterprise architects so as to collaborate with them to reach best solutions required for MDM.

This is a hands-on position where the person is required to not only have an architectural vision for MDM application but also must be able to analyze, design, solve problems, take care of enhancements, do POC's and assist in developing best practices & technical roadmaps. The person comes with deep understanding of MDM processes around item & related entities, data modeling experience, real time and batch data integrations and designing enterprise wide canonical definitions.

The person must absolutely feel comfortable in communicating at various levels and feels at ease communicating ideas, design approaches, and be able to justify the architecture options based on pros and cons.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an IT or similar focus

* At least 10+ years of industry experience involving with all stages of software development lifecycle and well versed in dealing with operational challenges wrt performance, scalability and high availability
* Must have 4 to 6 years of Tibco MDM experience with strong domain knowledge in Master Data subject areas such as products, suppliers, prices, discounts, employees, etc
* First-hand experience with at least 2-3 large to medium scale MDM implementation projects
* Hands-on experience with conceptualizing, designing and configuring MDM UI, workflows and rules for complex business processes preferably in retail domain
* Strong experience with using SQL, data modeling, including evolution from conceptual to physical models using a tool like Tibco Business Studio
* Hands-on experience in Tibco BusinessWorks, EMS, BusinessStudio, XML, XSD, XSLT, SVN, Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence
* Demonstrated strong analytical skills and be able to lead the design of enterprise canonical models
* Demonstrated experience in establishing criterion for data validations once it's housed in MDM, identifying data quality metrics, and implementing error and exception handling strategies
* Experience in Change Management, Release Management and Source Code control practices
* Demonstrated experience in writing first class architecture and design documentation with clear flow and elaborations
* Able to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision and always wear can-do attitude
* Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, communication, and leadership
* Experience in writing test scenarios, work with QA and ensure the successful Ability to work at all levels including application teams, Business Analysts, QA team, release teams

Ideal candidate also has one or more of following:

* Experience in retail domain with exposure to eCommerce and Supply Chain side of business processes

Position Summary
Provide support and coordination for the Buyer and Associate Buyer in specified merchandise categories for all channels of sales. Input, proof and analyze data for all areas of merchandising management.

Major Responsibilities:

* Print and distribute weekly sales reports
* Order and track photo samples and coordinate movement of merchandise throughout photo process

Position Summary

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* BA in Arts or Science fields.
* One to two years experience in project management role.
* Knowledge of website development processes and project management as a discipline.

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (WSI) is looking for Social Analysts to launch and optimize Facebook buys for brand(s) within the WSI Portfolio of brands. This is a new role at WSI, and the candidate will initially be focused on helping WSI move from agency to in-house Facebook campaign management and work closely with the current social strategy team. Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, Programmatic Media Buying, to launch and optimize online display campaigns for 1-2+ brands within the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. portfolio. This is a new role at WSI, and the candidate will work directly in the DSP as we transition brands from a managed service to self-service model. The position will ultimately manage the day to day media buying and program optimization for 1-2+ brands. As an initial team member, this candidate will have a large role in vetting DSP technologies, testing new partners, and transitioning brands to internal management. This Senior Analyst will help develop tactical strategy for each brand, collaborating closely with our Ad Operations and Media Planning Teams to execute campaigns aimed to increase revenue and site traffic and to maximize return on ad spend. Initial responsibilities will focus on retargeting campaigns, but will grow to include prospecting and other targeted media buying across channels/ad formats. Candidates must have expertise in executing complex campaigns leveraging an advertiser's first-party data for targeting. Experience working with direct response advertisers preferred.

Responsibilities:

* Setup and manage a variety of digital display campaigns across tactics (site retargeting, first-party CRM data retargeting, prospecting, contextual targeting, PMPs, publisher direct buys) whilst hitting or exceeding program KPIs
* Monitor and take a proactive stance on ad verification, optimizing campaigns to ensure our ads are in-view and brand safe
* Proactively track campaign pacing and performance, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of budget
* Manage budgets closely, ensuring spend is aligned with seasonal performance and weekly and monthly targets met
* Effectively communicate digital strategies and rationale for tactical approaches of each campaign

Position Summary

The Lead Sales Key holder position provides daily support to management team by performing opening and closing routines, providing supervision to ensure store is meeting financial goals and associates are providing World-Class service to our guest.
